SHIPPING:

Orders received before 5pm on the East Coast will normally be shipped the same day. Orders received before 4:30pm on the West Coast will normally be shipped the same day.

COD-Cash or Cashier's Check, Visa, or Mastercard. Company check or open account terms require credit application and prior approval.

PRICING:

Piece price is for individual pieces. Dozen price is for one or more dozen per style, color, and size. Case price is for factory cases. Apparel prices are constantly changing, in particular white tees, so please use this Web site as a pricing guide only and call for current updates. All prices are subject to change without notice.

The pricing on this web site represents our discounted price for orders that are paid by COD or Net Terms. Please request our regular price guide for credit card orders.

RETURNS:

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

CLAIMS:

Any and all claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders canceled after being packaged and shipped and refused orders are subject to restocking and freight charges which must be settled before customer's next order.

THIRD PARTY:

We are happy to drop ship to third party contractors. However, we assume no responsibility for mis-shipments after product has been embellished.
